Doula Services
Support, nourishment & care
I’m a passionate birth & postnatal doula, and perinatal pilates founder based in Haringey, North London. I’m here to help you prepare, know your options, and feel cared for in your journey to parenthood.
For those seeking reassurance, accompaniment, or a second pair of hands
Pregnancy, birth and motherhood can be a lot: exciting, exhausting, daunting, challenging, beautiful… all at the same time.
However you plan to give birth, there are options and choices to be made. I’m here to guide you through them.
I want you to feel at ease in the days and hours leading up to birth, and the precious weeks postpartum. You’ll have a knowledgeable companion by your side during this most intense, vulnerable and miraculous time.
I feel deeply privileged to be there for important transitions. You will come away feeling seen, heard and truly valued throughout the entire journey.
My services
Birth
You’ll be supported from the time of booking with me through continuous contact, antenatal prep sessions where we discuss things like your birth plan, preparing for labour, HCP liaison and your preferences. Here I make sure you’re well-informed and prepared for every type of birth.
See my Servicesfor more information on which package might suit your needs.
Postnatal
I offer post-birth support as part of the Birth Package or as a standalone service. Postnatal support can include things like emotional debriefing of your birth, chatting about things you need help with, nourishing meals, practical support with feeding, infant care, and light household tasks.
Meal prep services
This service can be booked as part of your doula support package or separately as an add-on. Regular doula support includes meal prep, however this add-on is my signature ultra-efficient batch-cooking session that caters up to 3 days of meals at once (based on 2 people).

The research
The benefits of hiring a doula are well researched, with the NHS piloting doula support in the maternal care pathway for those who need it.
