Postnatal support can include a range of things. The key is ensuring you are well looked-after as you adapt to parenthood.
This can include debriefing birth experiences, establishing breastfeeding, light household tasks, childcare of your new baby and any other children.
I love to cook and enjoy bringing delicious treats for you and your family as you settle into parenthood. Nourishing families with food is my favourite way to show care, I will ensure your freezer is packed and you don’t need to think about food postpartum.
I provide infant care such as bottle-feeding (expressed or formula), winding, nappy changes, entertainment and settling to sleep whilst you catch up on sleep, showering, exercise - whatever you require!
Your preferences will be discussed and adapted as your needs change.
Sessions are 3-8 hours long depending on what is agreed. If you require continued support, this can be arranged.
Sessions are 2-3 hours long. If you require continued support, this can be arranged as per the Postnatal packages set out below.

If and when you are ready to start incorporating movement back into your routine, I can offer postnatal Pilates sessions to help you strengthen your pelvic floor, work on mild diastasis recti, and empower you feeling stronger in your postnatal recovery.
Usually postnatal pilates sessions run from 6 weeks postpartum (or whenever you get signed-off from a GP) until 12 weeks postpartum, and then you’ll gradually move into regular classes or continue 1:1 sessions.
